It was found that the fish oil that contained a lot of DHA enhanced the activation of the B cell and the production of antibodies, which may help improve immune responses. Lemon cod liver oil can give you the same advantage as it provides enough omega-3 fatty acids that can reduce your risk of heart disease and inflammation, especially if you are immunocompromised.
